Previewing Dwell’s April 2014 outdoors issue, Kelsey Keith features Courtyard House, the long-term home Andrew Heid designed for his parents around a glass enclosure and a ten-sided courtyard of native plants. A deep overhang matches the width of the concrete terrace, so the decks and courtyard read as part of the house. Built with Curtis Bosworth and John Weed of WBS Construction.
